School run by 3 dedicated, hard-working, compassionate brothers. I’ve been practicing for years and can honestly say that Arvind is the best instructor I’ve ever had. He has a beautiful way of explaining things thoroughly, thinking of the answers to the questions you’re going to ask before they’ve even become an idea in your head. You will never regret studying under him and will only be sad that you can’t stay longer.
I recently had finished Yoga Teacher Traning Course with Anadi Yoga Centre. In this Course I had got a lot of new and useful information! This information can be used in all spheres of life. It was not an easy course, but definitely needed. Only positive emotions throughout the course:)
The best yoga center. I have had Narendra as a teacher and all his team. They are dedicated people which teach with love and they are really proffesionals in what they do. I am blessed I met them and I really recommend this school if you want to learn real yoga and also the therapy part. Namaste!
Great yoga(asana, pranayama, and philosophy), place has good facilities but is hard to find. Ask for Pyramid Café from Laxman Jhula and from there ask for Anadi.
Narendra was one of my teachers in 200 hr YTT, and it was always fun, challenging and spiritual. I also met his master for two meditation classes which were something special. Would definitely go to Anadi next visit to Rishikesh.
If you are looking for an authentic experience in yoga then study with the Gusain brothers. They are technically very strong, and helped me to understand my practice better. I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend.
