I really enjoyed my time at Ayuskama. Dr Vinod and Dr Neetu make a point of making the concepts understandable and approchable and are very open to discuss any topic further.
The place is very comfortable compared to a lot of yoga training accommodations (really great to have your own room!). The staff is very nice.
Also loved the possibility to receive ayurveda treatments while being on the course, which makes the training even more practical.

The stay of 14 days at Ayuskama was an amazing experience.
The team of Dr. Kumar was incredibly arranging and very helpful during all my stay.
I had the chance to stay a few days prior to the beggining of the course. The rooms are quite confortable and the location is quite near all you might need in the top of Tapovan. They could arrange meals and everything onsite.

The courses were extremely good and deep in knowledge. We did practice a lot regarding massage, mama points and obviously cooking lessons.

I really recommend this courses and to stay in Ayuskama. You will have the option to eat extremely well everyday. The facilities are very welcoming to be able to focus on the topics you are looking for.

Dr. kumar and his spouse are very welcoming and helpful with every means you might ask for.

I had a great experience during my stay and will come back.

The Ayuskama Center is a place with a group of very qualified professionals, with great knowledge of the medicine and the ayurveda philosophy, besides the teaching of yoga. Their knowledge is also very well transmitted, they are very good teachers and with a very useful theoretical-practical methodology. Any doubt or difficulty is well attended, even after the training or medical consultation. May this group of people so involved achieve their goal of creating an Ayurvedic hospital in Rishikesh.

Had a consultation, at the end the doc just walked out the room and let me sit. Doc seemed not having interest in really nailing what i needed. I tried 1 treatment in a very cold room. 4 times we interrupted, then the staff outside was so loud. I did not relax or felt somehow cozy. At the end i got released, but nobody really cares or talks to you about the experience, no tea is offert. I felt more like a # there who pays. I def. Will never go there again.

I have been in Rishikesh two times, first in 2013 and second in 2016, both times I went to Ayuskama Ayurveda School and Clinic with dr.Vinod Kumar.
First time I had 15 days of Basic Ayurveda & Massage Course with dr.Vinod, and I was very satisfied with the teachings and practice that I get there.
The Second time I was in Rishikesh with my husband Sasha and both of us went to Panchakarma Ayurveda healing, balance and purifying treatments for 3 weeks (everyday treatment for 21 days!) with dr.Vinod and his therapists at Ayuskama Clinic at Tapovan (Rishikesh).
We came back home with less weight, more healthy, more lightness and with more positive state of the body, the soul and the mind.
I would recommend Ayuskama Ayurveda and dr.Vind with his team to everyone!
